Setup Disaster Recovery of on-prem servers to AWS with 5 minutes of RPO.
Suzuki wanted to setup Disaster Recovery infrastructure of their application servers at on-prem to AWS with very minimal data loss. The prescribed RPO was 5 minutes. For this requirement, AWS Disaster Recovery Service was provisioned and configured for automated block level data replication between on-prem servers and AWS.

Following steps are performed to setup multi user access of the system and block data transfer –
- Setup Network components like VPC, Subnets, and Routing Tables etc.
- Setup Site-to-Site VPN to connect On-Prem to AWS Cloud.
- Setup AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery for minimal downtime and data loss with fast and reliable recovery.
